We give both in abundance to our Buchenhof Organic Bolognese. With an outstanding meat content of 44% from our own pasture-raised cattle, free-ranging all year round, we bring honest, hearty enjoyment directly to your kitchen.

🍅 Like homemade, only better. We cook our Bolognese exactly as it should be: slowly and with much love. The robust beef is gently braised and combined with fruity tomatoes and fine onions to create a creamy, deep-red sauce. A hint of raw cane sugar perfectly balances the acidity of the tomatoes, while high-quality sea salt and our selected spices provide a full-bodied flavor.
